Notice of reorganization procedure of RusHydro's controlled company
September 05, 2019. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE:
HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that the PJSC "Kamchatskenergo", a company
controlled by RusHydro and is of significant importance thereto, has sent
the state registration authority a notice of reorganization to be made in
the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Date of sending of the notice on reorganization to be made in the Unified
State Register of Legal Entities: September 5, 2019.
Type of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities regarding
which a notice was sent by the company that is controlled by the issuer and
is of significant importance thereto to the authority in charge of state
registration of legal entities: an entry on the initiation of the
reorganization procedure.
Grounds for making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities:
the adoption of a decision on reorganization by the company that is
controlled by the issuer and is of significant importance thereto.
