RusHydro signs guarantee agreement with PJSC Credit Bank of Moscow
September 13, 2019. Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro entered into a deed of
guarantee (hereinafter Guarantee) with PJSC Credit Bank of Moscow. According
to the Guarantee PJSC RusHydro obliges to be liable to PJSC Credit Bank of
Moscow for JSC FEGC (subsidiary RusHydro Group) execution of all obligations
under the agreement regarding a revolving loan facility number 3/19 dated
August 12, 2019 (hereinafter Loan Facility Agreement) signed by PJSC Credit
Bank of Moscow and JSC FEGC for 7 years with limit up to RUB 10 bn.
