(the "Company" or "HAWKEYE") (TSXV:HAWK)(Frankfurt: HGT; ISIN: CA42016R3027; WKN: A12A61): announces that subsequent to an original news release dated November 8, 2019 (news release No. 334 - 2019), the Company has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for two shares for debt settlement agreements with certain arms-length creditors of the Company. HAWKEYE settled the debt by issuing a total of 3,500,000 common shares to the creditors at a deemed price of $0.05 per share to settle outstanding debt for $175,000. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring March 15, 2020.
