The proceeds to the Company from the sale of shares are expected to be approximately $8.1 million after deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to take place on November 26, 2019. The underwriters have an option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock from the Company.
