_This communication relates to the disclosure of information that qualified,
or may have qualified, as inside information within the meaning of article
7(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation._
The data required to determine the value of the components of the index to
which the Alpha FX Index Linked Notes 2026 (ISIN XS1545830256) (the
"*Notes*") are linked (the "*Index Value*") is unavailable.
The availability of the Index Value is a precondition to determining the
early redemption amount in the event of an early redemption of the Notes.
If the Index Value continues to be unavailable on the early redemption date,
the Issuer might not be able to proceed with any distribution to the
Noteholders.
The early redemption of the Notes is currently scheduled to occur on
Thursday, 5 December 2019.
