*Moscow, Russian Federation (4 December 2019) - Public Joint Stock Company
"MegaFon", a pan-Russian operator of digital opportunities ("MegaFon" or the
"Company"), announces that MegaFon's Board of Directors at a meeting held in
the form of absentee voting on 3 December 2019, took the following action:*
1. To approve MegaFon's participation in the company Arctic Link Development
Oy through acquisition of up to 50% (inclusive) of its voting shares.
