Den 27 december 2019 offentliggjorde Xtrackers ett pressmeddelande med
information om att Xtrackers beslutat om att avnotera samtliga sina
börshandlade fonder från Nasdaq Stockholm. Den 30 december 2019 mottog Nasdaq
Stockholm en avnoteringsansökan för Xtrackers börshandlade fonder.
Enligt gällande regelverk blir en fonds andelar noterade på Nasdaq Stockholm
observationsnoterade om fondbolaget ansökt om avnotering.
Med anledning av ovan beslutar Nasdaq Stockholm AB att samtliga Xtrackers
börshandlade fonder, som framgår i tabellen nedan, ska observationsnoteras.
On December 27, 2019, Xtrackers published a press release with information that
Xtrackers has decided to delist all of its exchange traded funds from Nasdaq
Stockholm. On December 30, 2019, Nasdaq Stockholm received a delisting
application for Xtracker's exchange traded funds.
The current rules of Nasdaq Stockholm state that the fund units will be given
observation status if the Fund Company has applied for delisting.
With reference to what is stated above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB has decided that
all of Xtrackers exchange traded funds, as presented below, shall be given
observation status.
