Armenia wants net metering for small scale solar

The government is being helped by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as it designs a net metering system. The country has thus far supported large scale PV plants and small solar parks.The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is helping the Armenian government create a regulatory framework for small scale PV power generation.
