(TSXV:SIC)(OTCQB:SICNF) (the "Company" or "Sokoman") announces that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to extend the expiry date on 2,937,500 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants"), issued pursuant to a Flow-Through Private Placement Financing in December 2018, by 1 year to June 30, 2021. The Warrants' original exercise price of $0.35 per share will not change.
