                                                 held on September 30, 2020.

1) On approval of report on preliminary results of execution of RusHydro 
Group's business plan for 2020 including the actual results of the first 
half of the year (including execution of consolidated investment program 
and Comprehensive rehabilitation and modernization program for the first 
half of 2020). 
 
2) On execution status of priority projects in the Far East. 
 
3) On consideration of RusHydro Group's corporate governance review 
results.
