("Pharming" or "the Company") (Euronext Amsterdam: PHARM) announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (EGM), held today, all proposals were approved. As a result, the one-tier board structure has become effective, and Barbara Yanni and Mark Pykett have been appointed as non-executive board members.

Furthermore, we are also leveraging our transgenic manufacturing technology to develop next-generation protein replacement therapies most notably for Pompe disease, which program is currently in the preclinical stage.
