Full-year report of the liquidity contract with the stockbroker company

Under the liquidity contract concluded between SARTORIUS STEDIM BIOTECH and
the stockbroker Gilbert Dupont, the following assets appeared on the
liquidity account on December 31, 2020:
· Number of shares: 1,093
· Liquidity account cash balance: €812,004.25
During the second half of 2020, the following were negotiated:
