(OTC:COUV) is issuing this release in response to the SEC 10 trading day order of suspension, through February 24, 2021, due to questions regarding the accuracy and adequacy of information about the Company in the marketplace. The Company has retained securities attorneys who have communicated with the SEC and we will provide additional information to the marketplace to support the Company's claims and actions. We have already sent certain documentation to the Commission.
The Company respectfully disagrees with the Commission's action to suspend trading and deems all prior releases to be factually correct. The Company believes in the market opportunity of the Carbon Ion technologies and will use its best efforts to bring these technologies to market. However, the trading suspension has caused a disruption in our planned closing with Carbon Ion and has introduced unknown variables that the Company intends to resolve and move ahead towards closing.
