STAFFORD and KEIGHLEY, England, March 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The PSR Group have today announced the acquisition of SYK Healthcare Specialists to offer a unified Healthcare recruitment service to the health and social care market. PSR will acquire the entirety of SYK's assets, staff and customer contracts. SYK will continue to operate under its trading name SYK Recruitment Specialists Ltd.
The acquisition comes after PSR's successful period recruiting for The Hospital Group and felt this takeover would be a great opportunity to diversify into other sectors.
PSR aims to add their experience and expertise in the contract market to SYK's clients and to build on the current framework agreements SYK has in place such as the HealthTrust Europe Framework.
PSR has been providing recruitment services to the construction sector for nearly two decades. With 108 staff, 6 UK offices and in excess of £50m turnover, the company has been continuously striving to expand its visibility and has now acquired SYK.
