Reference is made to the stock exchange release by Golden Ocean Group Limited (the "Company") on 15 April 2021 regarding publication of a prospectus and commencement of a subsequent offering of up to 2,710,377 new ordinary shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 53.00 per share (the "Subsequent Offering").
The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering will expire today, 26 April 2021, at 16:30 hours (CEST). Correctly completed subscription forms must be received by one of the Managers (as set out below) within this deadline in order to subscribe for offer shares in the Subsequent Offering.
Subscriptions rights issued in connection with the Subsequent Offering that are not used to subscribe for offer shares before expiry of the Subscription Period will have no value and will lapse without compensation to the holder.
