Each Option is exercisable for one common share of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.67 per share. The closing price of the common shares of the Corporation on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 12, 2021 was $0.67. The Options have a term of 3 years and vest as to one-half on the date of grant, one-quarter on the first anniversary of the date of grant, and the balance on the second anniversary of the date of grant.
