Russian oil giant Lukoil commissions 20 MW solar park

The facility is located on an area of an oil refinery comprising 17 unused sites.Russian oil and gas provider Lukoil has switched on its second solar park, in Russia's southern Volgograd region. The 20 MW facility was built at an oil refinery, with PV modules provided by Russia-based Hevel Solar.
