In addition, the underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase from Intapp up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, under the symbol “INTA.” The offering is expected to close on July 2, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
