EXERCISE OF WARRANTS
Ananda announces that 76,125 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued following the exercise of warrants at 0.45p per share.
Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market and admission is expected to become effective on Friday, 22 October 2021.
Following this issue, the Company has 794,742,368 Ordinary Shares in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.
This figure of 794,742,368 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
