London, UK, 17 November 2021 - Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE: COIN) (OTCQB: CINGF), the Blockchain, and Open Finance venture builder, is pleased to announce it has sold 4,580,000 ordinary shares of the Company from treasury to a strategic investor at a price of 10 pence per share for a total amount of GBP458,000.
The Company advises that, following this sale, the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 174,748,235 ordinary shares and the Company no longer holds shares in treasury. The total number of shares with voting rights is now 174,748,235. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
