("WillScot Mobile Mini" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: WSC), a North American leader in modular space and portable storage solutions, today announced that it has acquired Elite Modular Leasing and Sales, Inc. The transaction was funded with cash on hand and borrowings under the Company's revolving credit agreement. This acquisition adds approximately 900 modular units to the Company's existing operations throughout California.
