Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) announces that today marked the last trading day of Boskalis shares on Euronext Amsterdam. The delisting is the outcome of a successful public offer and follows a public listing of more than half a century.
Boskalis will continue as a private company and its focus as a dredging and marine expert will remain unchanged on the successful execution of its strategy that concentrates on constructing innovative infrastructure, facilitating the energy transition and protecting people and nature from the effects of climate change.
