("UCLOUDLINK" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: UCL), the world's first and leading mobile data traffic sharing marketplace, today announced that it received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (the "Nasdaq") dated November 16, 2022, indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum market value of publicly held shares requirement set forth in Rule 5450(b)(1)(C) of the Nasdaq Listing Rules for which the Company received a notification letter from the Nasdaq on September 22, 2022 for failure to meet such rule. This matter has been closed.
