Third Quarter 2022 Financial Highlights
- Revenue. Total revenue exceeded $2.1 million, an increase of 2.5% from the third quarter of 2021. Total revenue of $6.0 million year-to-date 2022 amounts to a 6.0% increase over 2021.
- Loan Originations. Total loan originations reached over $30 million during the third quarter of 2022, an increase of 5.8% from the third quarter of 2021. Total loan originations of $89.3 million year-to-date 2022 amounts to a 5.5% increase over 2021.
- Earnings per Share. Diluted earnings per share were $0.04 based on weighted-average common shares outstanding during the period.
- Preferred Dividends. Dividends on preferred stock for the third quarter of 2022 were declared and paid in October 2022.
- Return on Equity. The Company has maintained a return on equity over 17% for the year-to-date period in 2022.
