Purmo Group has published its Annual Report for 2022. The Annual Report includes the Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements, Auditor's Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report.
The Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file and the Financial Statements as an XHTML file. All documents are also available on Purmo Group's website at https://investors.purmogroup.com/.
The Financial Statements are published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Purmo Group's ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
The format of the Financial Statements is Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), and the primary statements and notes have been labelled with XBRL tags and the notes to the consolidated financial statements with XBRL block tags.
