("EzFill" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: EZFL), a pioneer and emerging leader in the mobile fuel industry, announced that on May 11, 2023, it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") informing EzFill that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market, and the matter of previous non-compliance is now closed.
EzFill was previously notified by Nasdaq that it was not in compliance with the minimum bid price rule because its shares failed to meet the closing bid price of $1.00 or more for 30 consecutive business days, as required by the Nasdaq Listing Rules. To regain compliance with the bid price, the Company was required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more for at least 10 consecutive trading days. From April 27, 2023, through May 10, 2023, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock was at $1.00 per share or greater. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price rule.
