VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / September 5, 2023 / CMC Metals Ltd. (TSXV:CMB)(Frankfurt:ZM5P)(OTCQB:CMCXF) ("CMC" or the "Company") would like to announce that it will close the second Tranche of its current financing on September 15th. As announced on August 17th, the Company intends to raise up to C$500,000 through a non-brokered private placement. The proposed terms are to sell flow-through units of the Company (each, a "FT Unit") at a price of C$0.12 per FT Unit and non-flow-through units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of C$0.10 per Unit.
As announced on August 24th, the Company has closed the first tranche of the financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $214,250, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Please refer to the news release dated August 17th, 2023 for further detail.

The Company also announces the resignation of Mr. Kristian Whitehead from the Board of Directors for personal reasons. Mr. John Bossio, Chairman stated, "We thank Kristian for his service, insight and incredible work ethic. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors."
