As at 6.00pm on Wednesday, 6 September 2023, the Company's issued Share Capital consists of 66,381,114 ordinary shares of 5 pence, carrying one vote each. The Company holds 8,704,970 Ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, as at 6.00pm on Wednesday, 6 September 2023, the total number of Voting Rights in the Company is 57,676,144.
The above figure (57,676,144) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
