The Company announces the resignation of Mr. Graham Chisholm as Director and Secretary of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Chisholm resigned from the Board of Directors and will be replaced by Mr. Mark Luchinski, current CFO of the Company.
Mr. John Bossio, Chairman stated, "We thank Graham for his many years of service with the Company. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors."
Mr. Kevin Brewer, President CEO and Director noted, "Mr. Luchinski ("Mark") is a welcome addition to the Board.
