Outline of the items of business
At this AGM, we will provide an opportunity for shareholders to consider the following:
• the Company's financial statements and related documents for the year ended December 31, 2022;
• ratification of the appointment of the Company auditor; and
• re-election of Mr Doug Schillinger as a director of the Company.
