Nasdaq Stockholm AB: The observation status for Nilar International AB is updated (610/23)

On November 1, 2023, the shares in Nilar International AB (the "Company") were
given observation status with reference to material adverse uncertainty in
respect of the Company's financial position. 

Today, on November 29, 2023, the Company issued a press release with
information about the Company's strategic review which includes alternatives
such as entering into a strategic partnership or a sale of the Company. The
press release further stated that if a short-term financing solution cannot be
achieved in the near future, the Company will have to suspend the strategic
review and take immediate measures which may involve winding up all or part of
the Company's business. 

The rules of First North Growth Market state that a listed company can be given
observation status if any circumstance exists that results in substantial
uncertainty regarding the issuer or the pricing of its financial instruments. 

With reference to the above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB decides to update the
observation status for the shares in Nilar International AB (NILAR, ISIN code
SE0015950001, order book ID 221609).
