Nasdaq Stockholm AB: The observation status for Goobit Group AB (publ) is updated (614/23)

On, November 27, 2023, Goobit Group AB (publ) (the "Company") was given
observation status with reference to the Company having disclosed its intention
to delist its financial instruments from Nasdaq First North Growth Market. 



Today, November 29, 2023, the Company issued a press release with information
that the Company had been approved by Nordic Growth Market and that the Company
had submitted an application for delisting at Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
Nasdaq Stockholm AB has also received such an application from the Company. 



The rules of Nasdaq First North Growth Market state that an issuer may be given
observation status if the issuer has applied to have the shares removed from
trading. 



With reference to the above, Nasdaq Stockholm AB decides to update the
observation status for the shares (BTCX, ISIN code SE0015837752, order book ID
224250) and the paid subscription shares (BTCX BTA, ISIN code SE0020999522,
order book ID 309358) in Goobit Group AB (publ).
