Anurag Bhatia's move to Head of Global BPS, a critical service offering in driving operational efficiency and amplifying the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across client organizations; aligns with Mphasis's recent initiatives, including the launch of a dedicated AI Business Unit, aimed at unlocking the potential of AI including Gen AI.
