Milan, 15 January 2024 - Openjobmetis S.p.A. (Italian Stock Exchange: OJM), one of the leading Employment Agencies, and the only one listed on the Euronext STAR Milan managed by Borsa Italiana, announces that following clearance from the Italian Antitrust Authority, it has today completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Just On Business S.p.A., as well as 100% of the share capital of the subsidiary Deine Group S.r.l.
As envisaged, the price agreed is EUR 29.7 million in cash, as well as the signature of a three-year non-compete agreement with the founding partners, worth a total of EUR 2.2 million.
