Company repurchased approximately 10 million shares quarter to date

(NASD: BGC), a leading global brokerage and financial technology company, today announced it will join the S&P SmallCap 600 index, effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, March 18, 2024. The S&P SmallCap 600 seeks to measure the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market.
