Dundee Corporation Announces Acquisition of Shares Of Greenheart Gold Inc.

TORONTO, July 17, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX: DC.A) ("Dundee") announces that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Dundee Resources Limited and Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc., has acquired an aggregate of 9,768,366 Common Shares of Greenheart Gold Inc. (the "Issuer") pursuant to the completed plan of arrangement between the Issuer, Reunion Gold Corporation and G Mining TZ Corp. (formerly G Mining Ventures Corp.).

Immediately prior to the acquisition of securities described in this news release, Dundee and its affiliates did not own any shares of the Issuer. Immediately following the transaction that triggered the requirement to file this news release, Dundee and its affiliates own or control an aggregate of 9,768,366 common shares of the Issuer representing an approximate 12.07% interest on an undiluted basis.
