Dear Shareholder
This letter is to inform you, on behalf of the board of directors of the ICAV, of proposed changes to the investment manager of the Fund and related proposed updates to the supplement of the Fund dated 29 August 2024 (the Supplement).
Change to the trading name of the Investment Manager
The investment manager of the Fund is North Atlantic Investment Services Limited (the Investment Manager).
The Investment Manager has, with effect from 17 July 2024, registered "Goshawk Asset Management" as its trading name with the United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority.
Change to the Fund Name
Consequently, it is proposed that the name of the Fund be changed to "Goshawk Global Balanced UCITS ETF" or such other name as may be approved by the Central Bank in order to align with the new trading name of the Investment Manager.
It is proposed that these changes will be effective on or around 9 January 2025 and the changes will be reflected in a revised supplement which will be noted by the Central Bank shortly thereafter.
