("Vital" or the "Company") (CSE: VBAM | OTC: VBAMF | FRA: C0O), is pleased to announce that the Company's Board of Directors have approved a name change to "Aventis Energy Inc." The Company's trading symbol on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") shall concurrently change to "AVE".
No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share and warrant certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged. The Company will issue a further news release announcing the effective date in which the Company will commence trading under the new name, trading symbol and CUSIP number.
The name change remains subject to CSE approval.
