In accordance with previous communication1, Henrik Carlborg has become new CEO and President of Ferronordic. This follows today's decision by the AGM to appoint Lars Corneliusson as executive Chairman of the Board.
Henrik Carlborg has worked at Ferronordic since 2013. He joined as General Counsel and has worked as Business Development Director and Deputy CEO since 2017. Henrik was a driving force behind Ferronordic's expansion into the US and has been primarily responsible for the development of Ferronordic's US operations.
Ferronordic's Chairman, Lars Corneliusson, comments:
