Rite Internet Ventures Holding AB ("RIVH"), which is an entity controlled by Lemonsoft Oyj's ("Lemonsoft") Chairman of the Board Christoffer Häggblom, is reorganizing its holdings in Lemonsoft.
RIVH has today on 9 June 2025 sold 1,888,866 Lemonsoft shares, corresponding to 10.3% of all shares in Lemonsoft, to a newly established company Rite SPV 2025-1 AB ("SPV 2025-1"), which is an entity controlled by Christoffer Häggblom.
The total number of shares in Lemonsoft controlled by Christoffer Häggblom remains unchanged, and he continues to have an indirect ownership of 43.5% of all Lemonsoft shares through his controlled entities RIVH, SPV 2025-1 and Rite LS SPV AB. Following the transaction, RIVH holds 11.5%, SPV 2025-1 holds 10.3% and Rite LS SPV AB holds 21.6% of all Lemonsoft shares.
