  Yönetim A.S. for a total consideration of TL 138.150.000,00, 
 -- in the total principal and contractual interest amount of TL 531.593.672,30 as of August 10, 2025, to Gelecek 
  Varlik Yönetimi A.S. for a total consideration of TL 62.000.000,00, 
 -- in the total principal and contractual interest amount of TL 510.411.616,84 as of August 11, 2025, to Gelecek 
  Varlik Yönetimi A.S. for a total consideration of TL 79.001.000,00, 
  
 
  
 
in three separate portfolios for a total consideration of TL 279.151.000,00.
