FSI is also increasing its presence in the food and nutrition supplement manufacturing markets. Today the Company announces the sale of the Company's Mendota Plant
The Company has sold its main plant in Mendota, IL while retaining a long-term lease at the site for FSI's ENP division. The small profit or small loss from this action will be accounted for in Q4.

This transaction retains both those benefits while also reducing debt and freeing executive time to focus on growth."
