The Company today announced that it had received a letter from Nasdaq on October 14, 2025, notifying Apollomics the Staff had determined that the Company is in compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements. Accordingly, Nasdaq has cancelled its appeal hearing and the Company's securities will remain listed and continue to trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
