The Qt Company Oy ("The Qt Company"), which holds more than 90 per cent of the shares and voting rights in I.A.R. Systems Group AB, reg. no. 556400-7200 (the "Company" or "IAR"), has announced that The Qt Company will request redemption of the remaining shares in IAR. In view of the foregoing, the Board of Directors of IAR has resolved to apply for the delisting of the Company's shares of series B from Nasdaq Stockholm. The last day of trading will be announced after IAR has submitted the application and received a decision from Nasdaq Stockholm.
Furthermore, at the request of The Qt Company, the Board of Directors of IAR has resolved to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 14 November 2025 to resolve, inter alia, on the election of new members of the Board of Directors. A notice to the Extraordinary General Meeting will be published by way of a separate press release.
