The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc's GBP 420,000,000 5.375 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Bonds due 10 November 2033 (the "Series 79Bonds") issued under its €20,000,000,000 Global Secured Medium-Term Note Programme (the "Programme"), and the Final Terms for Anglian Water Services Financing Plc's GBP 300,000,000 6.250 per cent. Guaranteed Class A Bonds due 10 November 2041 (the "Series 80Bonds" and together with Series 79 Bonds, the "Bonds") issued under the Programme.
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and the aforementioned must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 9 October 2025 (the "Prospectus") which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation.
