Pescarolo ed Uniti (CR), October, 31st 2025 - The Board of directors of Lindbergh S.p.A. (EGM: LDB), a Group providing services in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), and Circular Economy sectors, today approved the Group's consolidated revenues, detailed per Business Unit, for the period ending September 30th, 2025, which are not subject to financial audit.
As of September 30th, 2025, the Lindbergh Group reported consolidated revenues of € 22.9 million. This result reflects the performance of the individual Business Units through which the Group operates:
· Network Management
The Network Management Business Unit, which starting from December 31st, 2024 also includes the revenues of the Warehouse Management Business Unit, provides logistics services to support networks of service technicians and represents the Group's historical core business. As of September 30, 2025, the division reported global revenues amounting to approximately € 9.3 million (40,4% of consolidated revenues).
· Waste Management/Circular Economy
The Waste Management/Circular Economy Business Unit is active in implementing complex projects related to the management of industrial special waste and circular economy services for various industrial sectors. As of September 30th, 2025, the division reported global revenues amounting to approximately € 3.3 million (14,5% of consolidated revenues).
· HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)
The HVAC Business Unit, managed by the subsidiary SMIT S.r.l., operates in the HVAC sector and is distinguished by its growth strategies through acquisitions of historic companies located throughout Italy. Launched in 2023, this division is experiencing strong expansion and, as of September 30th, 2025, is the Group's most performing Business Unit, with revenues amounting to approximately € 10.1 million (44,2% of consolidated revenues).
· Altri ricavi
As of September 30th, 2025, Group companies generated approximately € 0.2 million in other revenues (0,9% of consolidated revenues), mainly deriving from tax credits duly recognized for the periods to which they relate.
