Company Update
U.S. Oil & Gas Plc ("USOIL" or the "Company"), the oil and gas exploration company with assets in Nevada, makes the following announcement.
The Company confirms that it remains in discussions with a Swiss-based consortium regarding potential funding for its ongoing activities.
As part of this process, the consortium has, as of 1 January 2026, advanced a total of $153,416.56 (€130,295.61) to the Company by way of a stabilisation loan to support essential operational requirements, including regulatory compliance and other obligations.
The loan accrues interest at 2% per annum and is repayable in December 2030. As security for the loan, the Company has agreed to ring-fence 651,295 ordinary shares held in treasury.
Operational activities have experienced delays pending the conclusion of these discussions.
