("MPS") (Nasdaq: MPWR), a fabless global company that provides high-performance, semiconductor-based power electronics solutions, today announced that Bernie Blegen will retire from his position as Executive Vice President and CFO effective following the issuance of MPS's 2025 annual report on Form 10-K. Mr. Blegen will remain with MPS after his retirement to ensure a smooth transition with his eventual successor.
