STOCKHOLM, SE / ACCESS Newswire / April 1, 2026 / Hacksaw (STO:HACK) - Hacksaw Ventures, a part of Hacksaw Gaming, has entered into an agreement to invest in Jinx Gaming, a current partner studio on the OpenRGS platform, and has become a minority shareholder. The new agreement deepens the relationship between the two companies and supports continued innovation as they work together to develop and release new titles through OpenRGS. The agreement also includes the option for Hacksaw to increase its stake over time. Jinx Gaming joined the OpenRGS platform last December through the launch of its first title, Dead Headz.
Through Hacksaw Ventures, Hacksaw invests in early-stage companies in its eco-system, including potential and existing OpenRGS studios. The focus is to identify companies and entrepreneurs with significant potential, where Hacksaw can contribute capital and knowledge to back these entrepreneurs, and help the companies become even more successful.
