Horgan brings a unique blend of operational and strategic experience to the role, having served in the UK military before transitioning into national security roles. Most recently, he spent the past two years focused on human intelligence (HUMINT) and defense-related initiatives, where he supported mission-critical efforts at the intersection of intelligence, security, and emerging technology.
